5.Connector cover

Protect RJ11 and RJ45 connector. When it is covered you cannot see the RJ11 and RJ45 connector.

6.RJ45 LAN connector

The LAN jack supports RJ-45 standard. You can use a cable to connect your computer to a LAN (Local Area Network).

Note￿Be careful not to put the telephone line into the LAN jack. The telephone line uses higher voltage than the LAN cable. It can damage your computer.

7.RJ11 Modem connector

In areas where an internal Modem is installed as standard device, there is a Modem jack that lets you use a modular cable to connect the Modem directly to a telephone line.

Caution￿Be careful not to connect the digital circuitry cable to the Modem jack. Its electric current might damage the Modem.

8. Power jack

The AC adaptor connects to this jack. The AC adaptor can power your computer and/or charge the battery when connected to the AC power.
