4.2.4The printer can not be installed and printed.

See if the cable between the printer and computer is connected well.

See if the printer’s power is turned on and if the printer is in a normal working status.

Read the user’s guide of the printer and configure the printer and computer in compliance with the requirements in the guide.

See if the computer port connected with the printer is disabled in BIOS.

See if the computer’s port configuration meets the requirements of the printer. You can check this in BIOS and in the operating system.

See if your printer can print normally when it is connected with other notebook computers.

See if a printer of other model can print normally when it is connected with your notebook computer. If the methods above do not work, contact Lenovo licensed service agencies.

4.2.5A peripheral device or an electronic device can not

work when it is connected to the computer.

See if the cable between the device and the computer is well connected.
