A scan original must satisfy the following specifications.

Thickness	0.05mm to 0.6mm
Width	279.4mm to 914.4mm
	(11” to 36”)
Length	210mm to 3,600mm

Do not scan the following kinds of original, because you may damage the original or scanner itself!

Sticked with paste

Paste

Torn

Folded (Leading edge)

So much curled (Diameter is smaller than 50mm.)
