You can disable the Automated Call Distribution by selecting the

Disable ACD (Automated Call Distribution) check box.

The TMF (Terminal Multiple Information Transfer Facility) and MSF (Terminal Mode Set Facility) are facilities that Voice Server supports for communicating with the Dterm Single-Line phone.
