If the USB Director RS-232’s software is being used by the U.S. government:

Use, duplication, or disclosure by the government is subject to the restrictions set forth in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause of DFARS 52.277-7013.

If the USB Director RS-232’s software is being used by a person or organization not affiliated with the U.S. government:
