Place a stack of envelopes in the tray. Envelopes must be inserted with their short side as the leading edge, the printing side face down, and the sealing flap on the left.

Push the width guides until they touch the edges of the envelope.

Do not overload the tray.

Slide the length guide forward until it touches the bottom edge of the envelopes. Then lower the Auxiliary Tray.
