Clean the electrical contacts both on the print cartridge and in the cartridge receptacle with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth taking care not to touch the nozzles.

Re-insert the print cartridge into the printer, lock it into position, and close the cover.

Print a test page and check the quality of the output. See“Printing a Test Page” (page 3-7).
