Emergency Power Off

If any of the following conditions occur, turn off the system immediately and disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet. Contact an authorised Xerox Service Representative to correct the problem.

lThe system emits unusual odours, or makes unusual noises.

lThe power cable is damaged or frayed.

lA wall panel circuit breaker, fuse, or other safety device has been tripped.

lLiquid is spilled into the system.

lThe system is exposed to water.

lAny part of the system is damaged.

Disconnect Device

The power cord plug is the disconnect device for this equipment. It is attached to the back of the machine as a plug- in device. To remove all electrical power from the machine, disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet.
