7.7.1Resetting to the Current Status

You can reset the VP-1608unit to the current status (reloads the current setup)

To reset a VP-1608 unit to the current status, do the following:

Press INPUT buttons 1 and 5 simultaneously for 3 seconds

The VP-1608unit resets to the current status, momentarily displaying the unit characteristics, as described in Section 7.8. In addition, the unit characteristics also appear immediately (and automatically) after switching on the power

7.7.2Resetting to the Factory Default State

You can reset the VP-1608unit to the factory default state.

To reset a VP-1608 unit to the factory default state, do the following:

Press OUTPUT buttons 1 and 5 simultaneously for 3 seconds

The VP-1608unit resets to its factory default state, momentarily displaying the unit characteristics, as described in Section 7.8

7.8Displaying Unit Characteristics

Switching on and/or resetting to the Current Status (see Section 7.7.1) or to the Factory Default State (see Section 7.7.2), the VP-1608unit momentarily displays the following characteristics on the front panel (as Figure 10 illustrates):

The number included in the product name (for example, 1608)

The firmware version number
