Buttons

Start Copying button. Press this button to start copying the image

to the printer or a file. The button changes to while the scanner is copying and you can press it to stop copying.

Minimise button. Press this button to minimise the Copier panel.

Exit button. Press this button to exit Copier.

Preview button. Press this button to open the preview windows. This button changes to when you are in the Preview Menu. Click this button to exit Preview.

Copier has two preview windows - scan preview and print preview.

Press to scan the preview image.

When copying, the button changes to and you can press this button to terminate scanning. See the on-line help for more details of the Preview functions.

Ready lamp. If the indicator lamp is green, this means that the scanner is ready and you can scan the next document or image. A blinking lamp means that the scanner is busy.

Help button. Press this button to open the Copier on-line help.
