Other Fax Transmission Settings

Checking and cancelling stored fax jobs

Follow the steps below to check the fax jobs that are waiting in memory for transmission. You can also use this procedure to cancel a stored fax job.

1 Make sure that the date and time	Display:
display of fax mode appears (if needed	FAX SETTING
press FAX ) and then press MENU .

2 Press . The first job will appear in the display.

3	Press Z	or	A to scroll through the jobs.
4	To cancel a job, scroll until the job			CANCEL?
	appears and then press ENTER .
				1: YES, 2: NO
5	Press	to cancel the job.
6	When you have finished checking the jobs, press			repeatedly to
	exit.
