Repeat Steps 5 and 6 for each of the other destinations that you want to include in the Group (maximum of 100).

• To check your selected destinations, press MENU to scroll through them. To

delete a destination, scroll to the destination and then press .

When you have finished storing the destinations, press ENTER .

9 Press repeatedly to exit.

Deleting a Group

Follow the steps below to delete a Group.

1 Make sure that the date and time	Display:
	FAX SETTING
display of fax mode appears (if needed
press FAX ) and then press MENU .

Press	.		1: SPEED DIAL
Press	.		1: SET, 2: CLEAR
Press		to select CLEAR.	GROUP CLEAR

ENTER GROUP #

5 Enter the number of the Group that you want to clear.

Example:

6 Press ENTER .
