Select Format and Page(s)—a set of ﬁle formats for the scanned image for the selected button. The formats are based on the type of destination application you select.

The button names indicate their ﬁle types. See “Selecting File Format

Options” on page 61 for more about the formats.

Options tab—displays a window for choosing options related to the selected destination application.

SELECTING NEW SETTINGS FOR A BUTTON

For each of the ﬁve OneTouch buttons, you can select a new

Destination Application, Scan Conﬁguration, and Document Format.

Select a software application as the destination to send scanned images.

Select a format for the scanned image

Select a configuration for scanning the item.
