Verifying Gateway Configuration
To verify that the E2050 LAN/GPIB Gateway is properly configured, you can: do the following:
nTelnet to the LAN/GPIB Gateway and use the Telnet config command to verify the current configuration settings
nTelnet to the LAN/GPIB Gateway and use the Telnet syslog- display command to see if any TFTP configuration errors were logged during the last
nExamine the syslog file and check for configuration errors generated by the bootpd daemon or by the Gateway.
Setting Default Configuration
If you want to set the Gateway to all of its default configuration values, you can take either of the following actions. After the Gateway has been set to its default configuration values, see Chapter 3 to reconfigure the Gateway.
nPress the Config Preset button on the back panel of the E2050 LAN/GPIB Gateway at the same time that you
