Starting the Bi-Admin Management Utility

1.To start the Bi-Admin program, click on Start, Programs, Print Server Utility, and then Bi-Admin Management Utility, as shown in Figure 8-6. If the Bi-Admin Management Utility icon has been created, you can just double-click on it instead. You can drag the shortcut icon onto your Desktop for easy access to the Bi-Admin Management Utility.

2.When the Bi-Admin Management Utility appears, it will ask for the Connected Protocol. (See Figure 8-7.) Make sure the box next to TCP/IP is checked. Click the OK button.

3.Then the Bi-Admin Management Utility will automatically scan the network for the USB PrintServer. (See Figure 8-8.)
