2.4 Dielectric Strength Testing

For dielectric strength testing in the field, users must remove the metal jumper located on terminal 2, 4, and 6 of the power supply terminal block. This metal jumper connects transient suppression circuitry to chassis ground, and must be removed in order to avoid damage to protection circuits.

Figure 4 shows the proper dielectric strength test connections and should be followed to avoid damage to the device.
