Active load is plugged in and complies with normal load conditions.

Port Voltage

Power to the port is disconnected. No DC voltage present on spare pairs.

Continuous nominal DC voltage is present on the spare pairs.

Green blinks at a

1 sec. rate

Green blinks at a 0.5 sec. rate

Overload or short circuit.

Valid load.

Total aggregated power exceeds pre-defined power budget (400w by default).

Power to the port is disconnected.

No DC voltage is present on the spare pairs.

Power to the port is not connected or, if previously connected –disconnected at the moment.

No DC voltage is present on the spare pairs.
