CPU Ratio
Select Manual to manually configure the CPU Ratio. Select Auto to allow the BIOS to automatically configure the CPU Ratio. The options are Auto and Manual.
Clock Spread Spectrum
Select Enable to enable Clock Spectrum support to allow the BIOS to monitor and attempt to reduce the level of Electromagnetic Interference caused by the compo- nents whenever needed. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Hardware Prefetcher (Available when supported by the CPU)
If set to Enabled, the hardware prefetcher will prefetch streams of data and instruc- tions from the main memory to L2 cache in the forward or backward manner to improve CPU performance. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch (Available when supported by the CPU)
The CPU prefetches the cache line for 64 bytes if this option is set to Disabled. If this feature is set to Enabled, the CPU prefetches both cache lines for 128 bytes as comprised. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
L1 Data Prefetch (Available when supported by the CPU)
Select Enabled to enable Level 1 data prefetch support to enhance system per- formance for UP platforms. For DP/MP servers, enable or disable this feature for system enhancement based on the specifications of the application running in the system at the time. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Data Reuse Optimization (Available when supported by the CPU)
For UP platforms, select Enabled to maximize data reuse support to enhance system performance. For DP/MP servers, enable or disable this feature for system enhance- ment based on application specifications. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
