Check Agent and Management Console Link
1.To check the link between the Agent and the Management Console, ping each other’s IP address (ipconfig and ping).
2.Run the alertAPP.exe file located on the Agent’s system and log in directly without having to type anything, then check that the following configurations are set correctly:
Check the option Enable ASF. Select the correct adapter.
Enter the correct Management Console’s address. The Alerting Enabled Status indicator should light.
