Please include, inside the shipping box, a description of the problem, a return shipping address (must have street address, not P.O. Box), and your telephone number. If the product is out of warranty, a payment in advance is required. Acceptable means of payment include credit card, wire transfer or a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Repaired units shall be shipped freight collect, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Repairs for damages caused by lightning storms, water, power surges, incorrect installation, physical abuse, or user- caused damages are billed on a time-plus-materials basis.
