4-3. QoS Control

Select QoS Control to access the QoS configuration menu. The system supports two methods of QoS control – Port-Based and 802.1P/TOS.

From the Main Menu, enter "q" or "Q" to select QoS Control to enable or disable the Qos function and set the high/low queue priority ratio.

Port-Based Enable: Enter “p” or “P” at the command prompt to enable Port-Based function.

802.1P/TOS Enable: Enter “e” or “E” at the command prompt to enable 802.1P/TOS function.

Note: Port-Based or 802.1P/TOS function must be anabled prior to configuring the Priority ID Map function.

QoS Disable: To disable QoS control, enter “d” or “D” at the command prompt.
