Clear snmp trap command
Use the clear snmp trap command to clear an entry from the SNMP trap receiver table.
The syntax for this command is: clear snmp trap <rcvr_addr all>
rcvr_addr | IP address or IP alias of the trap receiver (the SNMP management |
| station) to clear. |
all | Keyword that specifies every entry in the SNMP trap receiver table |
Example:
Console> (enable) clear snmp trap 192.122.173.82
SNMP trap receiver deleted.
Console> (enable)
Clear VLAN command
Use the clear VLAN command to delete an existing VLAN and return relies that were on the VLAN to the default VLAN # 1. When you clear a VLAN, all ports assigned to that VLAN are assigned to the default VLAN # 1.
The syntax for this command is: clear VLAN [VLAN_num]
VLAN_num | Number of the VLAN (range is 1to 3071). |
Example:
This example shows how to clear an existing VLAN (VLAN 4) from a management domain:
Console> (enable) clear VLAN 4
This command will assign all ports on VLAN 4 to their default in the entire management domain
Do you want to continue (y/n) [n]? y
VLAN 4 deletion successful
Console> (enable)
Clear cam command
Use the clear cam command to delete all entries from the CAM table.
The syntax for this command is: clear cam
Example:
Console> (enable) clear cam
CAM table entry cleared.
Console> (enable)
