6.3.2Printer Status

This page lists information and status of the all-in-one printer or printer connected to the MFP Server port. The status of the all-in-one printer or printer includes “Connected”, ”Ready”, “Off Line” or “Paper Out”.

Connected: a user has clicked the “Connect” button in the “MFP Manager” utility. The user’s computer and the all-in-one printer are connected.

Ready: the all-in-one printer or printer is not connected by a user and is ready to use.

Off Line: the all-in-one printer or printer is not connected to MFP Server through a USB cable, or it is turned off.

Paper Out: the all-in-one printer or printer is not connected by a user and is out of paper.
