Installation Procedure

Windows 98. At this point there may be a need for you to insert the Windows Installation CD to install some Microsoft network components. Insert the CD in the disk drive, and click OK, if prompted.

4The system must be rebooted to have the new settings take effect, therefore the "Reboot" window appears:

5Remove all disks from their drives, select Yes, reboot the computer now, and click Close to reboot.

2.4Installation Program Group

The modem software installation procedure created a program group on your PC which is reached from the Start menu by selecting Programs -> HM121dp/di DSL Modem. This program group provides shortcusts to:

Configure - which opens the "Communication Settings" window from which you can view and change configuration settings.

Uninstall - the Uninstallation program (described in the "Uninstalling and Upgrading Modem Software" chapter).
