9.6 AVL Operation

The stand-alone capabilities of the CTM-132 make it the device of choice for AVL operations on the CDMA network. Its input monitoring linked with its extensive reporting capabilities provide a powerful automated reporting device for high value asset tracking and critical mobile operation reporting.

The modem’s auto connect mechanism enables it to operate completely unattended while performing continuous position and input event reporting. The modem may also be remotely accessed to change its reporting parameters without the need for a site visit.
