If You Must Return the Modem to Us
∙Contact 3Com U.S. Robotics Customer Support to obtain a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number. You must have an RMA number before returning the modem to us.

∙Ship the unit, postage paid, in a strong box made of corrugated cardboard with plenty of packing material
∙Do not send the modem back in the original box.
