OnBoard IDE Controller
You may enable either the primary IDE channel or the secondary IDE channel. Or you may enable both the primary and the secondary IDE channels by selecting [Both]. Set to [Disabled] will disable the both. Configuration options: [Disabled], [Primary], [Secondary], [Both].
OnBoard SATAII Controller
Use this item to enable or disable the “OnBoard SATAII Controller” feature.
SATAII Operation Mode
Use this item to adjust SATAII Operation Mode. The default value of this option is
IDE Device Configuration
You may set the IDE configuration for the device that you specify. We will use the “Primary IDE Master” as the example in the following instruction, which can be applied to the configurations of “Primary IDE Slave”, “Sec- ondary IDE Master”, and “Secondary IDE Slave” as well.
