Replacing the Speakers

Procedure

1Using the alignment posts on the palm-rest assembly, place the speakers on the palm-rest assembly.

2Replace the screws that secure the speakers to the palm-rest assembly.

3Route the speaker cable through the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly and adhere the adhesive foams.

4Connect the speakers cable to the I/O board.

5Slide the touchpad cable into the touchpad-cable connector and press the connector latch to secure the cable.
