Replacing the Windows-Button Board

Procedure

1Connect the Windows-button board cable to the Windows-button board.

2Use the alignment posts on the display panel to place the Windows-button board on the display panel.

3Align the screw holes on the Windows-button board with the screw holes on the display panel.

4Replace the screws that secure the Windows-button board to the display panel.

Postrequisites

1Replace the display back-cover. See "Replacing the Display Back-Cover" on page 42.

2Replace the battery. See "Replacing the Battery" on page 14.

3Replace the base cover. See "Replacing the Base Cover" on page 12.
