Removing the Windows-Button Board

Prerequisites

1Remove the base cover. See "Removing the Base Cover" on page 10.

2Remove the battery. See "Removing the Battery" on page 13.

3Remove the display back-cover. See "Removing the Display Back-Cover" on page 40.

Procedure

1Remove the screws that secure the Windows-button board to the display panel.

2Turn the Windows-button board over and disconnect the Windows-button board cable from the board.

3Lift the Windows-button board off the display panel.
