Additional features

To set the print quality

You can adjust the output quality of the printer. There are 2 settings: NORMAL and HIGH QUALITY. The default setting is

HIGH QUALITY.

Press until the display shows FAX SET-UP

Display shows DATE AND TIME

Press until the display shows PRINTER

PARAMET.

Press until the display shows

COPY: HIGH QUAL.

Press to switch between HIGH QUAL. and NORMAL

Press to confirm the option displayed.

To return your machine to standby.

To set the print area of a document

You can set the print area of a received fax to 70% 76%, 80%, 94% or 100% of the original. The recommended reduction settings are:

A4 = 94%, Letter = 80%, Legal = Off (no reduction).

The default setting is 94%.

Press until the display shows FAX SET-UP

Display shows DATE AND TIME

Press until the display shows PRINTER

PARAMET.

Press until the display shows REDUCTION 94%

Press to switch between 94%, 80%, 76%, 70% and OFF (100%, no reduction).

Press to confirm the option displayed.

To return to standby.
