Selecting Links, Buttons and Boxes

You can navigate the links on a Web page by using the select wheel. Links in Basic Web are shown as underlined words, just like in the Reader. Here is a Web page with multiple selectable links.

Your Kindle uses a two step selection method to navigate Web pages and select clickable items on Web pages such as links, buttons or boxes. To select clickable items on a Web page:

1.Use the select wheel to select the general area on the page where the link, button or box appears.

2.In the menu that appears, select the name or description of the link you are interested in by pressing the select wheel.

As an example, if you select the line on the example Web page shown above that contains Overview, Editing, Questions, Help, you will see this menu appear:
