To answer an Incoming Call when the Auto-Answer is ON:

1.Press the [SPACE BAR] several times before or after Auto-Answer message is sent.

The Auto-Answer is removed.

The Krown 200 is now “on-line” with caller.

TO ACTIVATE REMOTE MESSAGE RETRIEVAL AND DELETION

The Remote Message Retrieval feature lets you retrieve your messages while away from home. You may also delete (erase) these messages after you have read them. Be sure to first store a PIN in location “0” of the Phone Directory (see page 17).

Set your Krown 200 to Auto-Answer (see previous page).

To retrieve your messages:

1.Dial your number.

Auto-Answer will answer with your personalized message. The time and date will appear at the beginning of each message.

2.Type your PIN after the message is finished.

Make sure your PIN is 5 or more letters in length.

All of your message will be sent to you.

3.The message:

“RE-ENTER UR PIN TO ERASE MESSAGES”, will be received on your TDD screen.

4.If you wish to ERASE the message that you just received, type your PIN now.
