TAKING CARE OF YOUR TDD
•CAUTION: The adapters are NOT interchangeable. You MUST use the adapter that comes with your TDD.
•Be sure to turn your machine OFF when not in use.
•Keep your machine away from extreme temperatures - HOT or COLD.
•Avoid dropping or shaking the unit. Electronic devices are very fragile.

•NEVER run the printer without paper.
•NEVER pull the paper out without pressing the [RETURN] key.
•When traveling by air, carry your Krown 200 as hand luggage. At the security check, DO NOT allow your TDD to go through
TROUBLESHOOTING
Q:Sometimes nothing happens when my TDD is turned ON. Any suggestions?
A:Be sure the telephone cord is to your LEFT. Check the AC adapter/charger to make sure it is properly connected to the Memory Printer.
Q:Why won’t my printer print?
A:Your paper may be install wrong. See page 28 for information on loading paper.

To test the printer, press and hold down the [CTRL] and [Q] keys at the same time. A test message prints: “THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG 1234567890.”
