The following table shows all of the possible states of these LED light and what they mean:

Power | Red | Off | The Keyspan adapter is not connected or not |

| On | The Keyspan adapter is connected and is |

USB1/ | Green | On | The Keyspan USB Hub port is working |

Serial | Green | On | The Keyspan serial port software and |

| (Blinking Slow) | hardware are working properly. The |
|
|
| Keyspan serial port is available for use. |
|
| On | The Keyspan serial port is 'in use' by an |
|
| (Solid) | application on your computer and is ready |
|
|
| to send and receive data to and from your |
|
|
| serial device. |
|
| On | The Keyspan serial port is is sending |
|
| (Blinking Fast) | and/or receiving data to and from the |
|
|
| attached serial device |
Printer | Green | On | The Keyspan printer port is working |
|
|
| properly. |
