This chapter gives information about troubleshooting your modem router. For the common problems listed, see the section indicated:

Have I connected the modem router correctly? See Basic Functions on page 81.

I cannot access the modem router configuration with my browser. See Connect to the Modem Router’s Main Menu on page 81.
