4. Resetting the DI-514 to Factory Default Settings

After you have tried other methods for troubleshooting your network, you may choose to Reset the DI-514 to the factory default settings. Remember that D-Link Plus products network together, out of the box, at the factory default settings.

To hard-reset the D-Link Plus DI-514 to Factory Default Settings, please do the following:

Leave the device powered on, do not disconnect the power

Press the reset button and hold (use a paper clip)

Keep the button pressed about 10 seconds

Release the button

The DI-514 will then automatically reboot itself.
