Voice Quality Settings

Voice Quality. Select the quality level you want to use for your voice calls, Best (G.711u Requires 64k Bandwidth), Good (G.711a Requires 64k Bandwidth), Good (G.726-40 Requires 40k Bandwidth), Good (G.726-32 Requires 32k Bandwidth), Best (G.729 Requires 8k Bandwidth), Normal (G.726-24 Requires 24k Bandwidth), Normal (G.726-16 Requires 16k Bandwidth), or Normal (G.723 Requires 7k Bandwidth). Make sure the selected setting requires less than the available upstream bandwidth of your Internet connection. In most cases you should keep the default, Best (G.711u Requires 64k Bandwidth).

Click the Save Settings button to save the changes, or click the Cancel Changes button to undo your changes.
