Modem Device Mode Status

In Modem Device Mode, from the Main Menu of the browser interface, click on Modem Status to display the System Status screen, shown in Figure 5-4will appear.

This screen shows the following parameters:

Firmware Version

This field displays the modem firmware version.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LAN Port

 

These IP parameters apply to the Local Area Network (LAN) of the

 

 

 

 

modem.

 

 

MAC Address

This field displays the Ethernet MAC address being used by the LAN

 

 

 

 

port of the modem.

 

 

IP Address

 

This field displays the IP address being used by the ADSL (WAN) port of

 

 

 

the modem. If no address is shown, the modem cannot connect to the

 

 

 

 

Internet.

 

 

IP Subnet Mask

This field displays the IP Subnet Mask being used by the ADSL(WAN)
