Export Restriction
You agree that, without obtaining the necessary license or approval from the United States government, you will not knowingly (i) export, directly or indirectly, the software to any country for which the United States government or any agency thereof at the time of export requires an export license or other govern- mental approval, or (ii) provide the software to any national of any country for which the United States government or any agency thereof requires an export license or other governmental approval.
