HIGH -> LOW/LOW -> HIGH

Allows you to choose the negotiation direction for the modem speed. The default and preferred direction is Low -> High. Choosing a negotiation direction determines how the modem searches for speeds. When set to Low -> High, the modem will start at minimum speeds and keeps negotiating progressively higher speeds until it has achieved its maximum speed for the connection.
