User Maintenance and Options

To replace journal paper

Set the1mode switch to the REG position and remove the printer cover.

Press the2Fkey to feed about 20 cm of paper.

Cut the journal3paper at a point where nothing is printed.

Remove4the journal take-up reel from its holder.

Slide the5printed journal from the take-up reel.

Cut the journal6paper as shown in the photograph.

Press the7Fkey to feed the remaining paper from the printer.

Do not pull8the paper out of the printer by hand. Doing so can damage the printer.

Remove the9old paper roll from the cash register.

Load10new paper as described on page 16 of this manual.
