Using Reports

Your fax machine can print out reports containing useful information - transmission and reception verification, option settings, etc. The following reports are available:

Help list - This list shows the machine’s basic functions and commands. You can use this list as a quick reference guide.

Confirmation report - This report can be printed on command or, by selecting the appropriate user option, you can have a confirmation report printed automatically after each document you send.

TX/RX journal - This report gives specific information concerning transmission and reception activities: the times and dates of the most recent transmissions and receptions, phone numbers that were called, etc.

Telephone number list - This list shows all numbers currently stored in One-Touch and

speed-dial locations. Before changing or adding automatic-dial numbers, print this report to determine which numbers are currently stored. Print this report after making changes to confirm the new settings.

System Data list - This list shows the status of the user-selectable options. After you change the settings, print out this list to confirm your changes.
