Program Information Display

Program Information appears whenever you press the INFO button on the

fremote control while viewing a program.

a) Program title

 

 

 

 

 

Shows title of current program.

 

 

 

 

 

b) Date, Start Time, and End Time

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Displays the current date, start time and ending time for the current

c)Channel Number

Shows the current channel number.

d)Dolby Digital

Indicates audio track is Dolby Digital.

e)Digital Picture Definition

Displays the digital picture grade such as HD (High Definition) or SD (Standard Definition).

f)Station Name

Display the station name for the current channel.

g)Extended Text Message Icon ()

Indicates that there is an Extended Text Message that provides detailed descriptions of the program (see page 39).

hDTV Caption Icon ()

Indicates that the current program contains digital closed caption data service.

iMultiple Audio icon ()

Channels sometimes provide multiple audio tracks, often in a different language. When multiple audio tracks are available, the Alternate Audio icon changes its appearance to indicate that you can select one of those other audio tracks with the 3 / 4 button.

jContent Advisory Icon ()

Content Advisory data is used for the parental guide control to block programs that are beyond predefined rating criteria set by users. This icon means that the current program contains content advisory data, and displays rating value for the program.

To remove the Program Information display, press INFO

or EXIT.

The Program Information disappears from the TV screen.

Station name and current time are displayed only if they are included on broadcast.
