Problem

Possible Solution

After installing the HDT100 and running Auto Scan, not all the available channels have been added

Add the missing channels manually. See “Adding a Channel” in the On-Screen Menu section.

You may have to reposition your antenna to receive all the local channels, especially if different transmit towers are being used by the networks. For more information, log on to the following web site: http://www.antennaweb.org/

Scrambled Channel

The program you are watching is scrambled by the TV

 

station. The program cannot be decoded by the

 

HDT100.
