On Screen Display (OSD)	A description of the OSD menu functions follows:

	TV SHAPE

TV Category:

Adjusts the picture view

Change the aspect ratio of the video output to match your moni- tor. The choices are:

LETTERBOX

A widescreen picture with black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. Use with a 4:3 TV.

PAN SCAN

A full-height picture with the sides trimmed. Use with a 4:3 TV.

16:9

A widescreen picture. Use with a 16.9 TV.

BLACK LEVEL SHIFT (NTSC ONLY)

Select ON to enrich the contrast of the video signal, with a NTSC format television only. The PAL format does not have a pedestal or setup for black level shift. The choices are: oN and OFF.

VIDEO SHIFT

Use the sliders to scroll the picture to the left or right on the screen. The factory default centers the picture on the screen.

COLOR SETTINGS

Choose one of five color settings, numbered 1 through 5. Choices 2 through 5 are preset options. Choice 1 is user-adjustable using the personal color feature under toolbar icon OSD, function name TV SHAPE:

PERSONAL COLOR

Fine tune selected color settings to your taste. Navigate to COLOR SETTINGS to adjust the saturation, brightness, and contrast of the picture.
