Programme Type (PTY) Function

Conduct auto seek tuning only on those stations with selected kinds of programmes.

NOTE

You cannot use this function whilst the traffic information function is turned on.

BSearching the Selected Programme Type

Touch [ SEARCH ] to make a seek of frequencies with your selected type of programme.

If your selected type of programme is found, the name of the station is displayed and the station is tuned into.

ASelecting the Type of Programme to be Received

1Touch either [ ] or [ ] , repeatedly to select the type of programme in the list.

2Touch [ 1 ] - [ 5 ] to select the type of programme you want to listen to.

CCancelling the PTY Search Screen

Touch [ RTN ] to return to the tuner control screen.
