1 Whilst in the stop mode, select the group you want to erase (page 24).
2 Press the M button.

On a group-recorded MD, you can erase all tracks in a group at once. (Group erase)
Erasing a group

Move the M button toward or to select "E(Gr&TrERASE)" and press it.

Press the M button.

The selected group will be erased.

Caution:

Once a group has been erased, it cannot be recovered. Check carefully before you erase it.

Note:

The GROUP ERASE function erases the group and group name.

zComplete the operation within 25 seconds whilst se- lecting the menus.

zIf you press the CLEAR button during the operation, the previous display appears.

zTo cancel the operation, move the M button toward
