Replacement method of projection lamp

Projection lamps are supplies and have life span. Please contact the resellers when the image turns dark or color gets deteriorated. When this happens, please replace it with a new projection lamp. If the projection lamp could not light up and have noise, the possible reasons are:

1.The life span for the projection lamp are ended or

2.Shutting down the TV right after the turn-on of power. At the moment, the temperature of projection lamp is too high and does not cool down to certain degree. Turn it on after a few minutes and it will work properly. or

3.The projection lamp does not connect correctly with the lamp cradle.

Replacement Procedure

Beware of the high temperature when replace the projection lamp.

Lamp

1.Loose the screw on lamp cover

Warning:

Eye damage may result from Directly viewing the light produced by the lamp used in this apparatus. Always turn off lamp before opening this cover.

2.Then loose the screw on lamp

3.Pull out the lamp directly

4.Then put the new lamp into this unit. (Follow the reverse the way you took it out.)

Caution: After taking the projection lamp out, do not place any metal substance into the lamp cradle. Do not touch the lamp cradle or it’s easy to get burned or cause fire.

Caution: Do not touch the glass surface of the new projection lamp because it possibly will affect the quality of resolution and decrease the life span of the projection lamp.

Caution: Make sure to screw the screws firmly in order to prevent the shaking of the lamp, which will result in poor connection.

Caution: Put the discarded used projection lamp in the packaging box of the new projection lamp and handle it with case and compliant to local regulation. Please do not have kids to access the discarded lamps to prevent any danger.
