Preparations
≥Confirm that the TV is on and the VCR viewing channel is selected.
≥Turn on the VCR.
≥Press VCR/TV to select the VCR mode.
To Use the On Screen Display
Press OSD/DISPLAY.

When receiving a TV program, automatically indicates when a TV program is broadcast with the stereo and/or AUDIO
II(SAP) sound system.
At the every push of AUDIO, the audio output mode changes as follows. During playback:
Normal audio track>Stereo>L>R> Normal audio track
While the broadcast signals are being received:
Stereo>L>R>Stereo
Setting Up
ON: The on screen display will appear on the TV screen for 5 seconds.
≥The on screen display will always appear on the TV screen during rewind and fast forward.
OFF: The on screen display will not appear.
5Press MENU twice to make the on screen display disappear.

The Left (L) and Right (R) indicators show which sound mode is selected as follows on the On Screen Display.
Stereo: Both the L and R indicators appear.
L:The L indicator appears.
R:The R indicator appears. Normal: Neither the L nor R indicator
appears.
